Where I can found a ready-made Cinelerra 4.4 .deb package to install ? Im not an expert to compile everything and resolving all dependencies on my own.

@Dragos Surdescu : I already installed Cinelerra. But the version you get through ppa is not the latest version. I want to know how I can install the latest version (v4.4) on 12.04. Possibly I need to compile the source files. I need help on how I can compile/build from the source and install it. – Curious Apprentice Feb 16 at 6:42

I don't have a .deb for you, but here are some easy to follow instructions for compiling Cinelerra 4.4. There is a good chance that these steps will work for you:
