I was installing Ubuntu 12.10 but my computer shut down and every time I tried to install, showing the following:

Kernel panic - not syncing: Out of memory and no killable processes...

I try to load ubuntu CD to install it and same thing happens with suse and mint I tried to install win7 andnothing happens either – Lizz Feb 1 at 7:45
