My phone often runs out of memory, the clean up wizard suggests moving apps from phone memory to SD. Ubuntu One is not one the apps that is listed, could this be changed?

Since it is using the start at boot permission, it is not recommended to move it to the SD card since apps on the SD card cannot start on boot.

You may be able to move it manually using the Android PM (package manager) command, but this depends on your phone make, model and Android version.

thanks, in that case is it possible to turn off the start on boot ? I only like to run it when I want to sync files. –  user127506 Jan 31 '13 at 9:57

This is a recommendation to the developers of Android applications, so it is built in the app. So you can't "give it up". –  David Kohen Feb 3 '13 at 10:31
