Yesterday installed vnc4server package in ubuntu, after that shutdown the system and when tried to login today, unable to login for that user(through which vncserver installed).
Error I'm getting was login page displayed, but unable to login for that user, But able to login from another user.
After searching on the net for a while, tried some soln's from net i.e.
installing gdm, restrt gdm
After that successfully able to login into the system.
My doubt is what happened when installed vncserver in system, and how my gnome got corrupted due to vncserver. Thanks in advance for any help/links.
