Alight this problem is realy unique and i've never expirienced it before.

The Problem

Alright then this is the problem. I can't seem to get the audio right it always has a lack of bass and is never the original from what I’ve seen.

I am using VLC to see Anime formatted in .mkv format that is being streamed of an web server[not mine btw]

On Linux mint it worked fine, but now I finally got Ubuntu working again it seems to show some defects.

Conclusion

Does anyone else have this same issue? And do they have an answer to my question?

Which versions of Ubuntu and VLC are you using? Did you try to play your video stream with other players like totem or mplayer to find out whether it really is a problem of VLC and not your Ubuntu distribution? – Martin Betz Jan 26 at 12:13
