How to keep Unity Launcher always visible but also always underneath (back, bottom, behind) of the windows and applications?

I mean instead of auto-hide options I want to see my launcher always on the screen but for example when I run firefox browser, it must be standing behind of the browser. Is there a way to achieve that?

I am not very clear from your description. I think the answer will be a NO. However, check this link unity-revamp(unfortunately it won't work with 12.10) – Web-E Jan 25 at 9:35
