I cant use ettercap filters. I Have removed the #-sign from etter.config. I just made a simple image replacing filter.

First I open ettercap --gtk from a root terminal, then ARP poisoning the IP, then start sniffer, then uploads filter. Filter uploads without any problems. It says filter ran filter ran filter ran (my message on the filter). But when I go to my internet browser on my other computer. NOTHING!

Welcome to Ask Ubuntu! Please try to describe your problem in more detail like for example in front of what line in etter.config did you delete the #-sign? What exactly do you expect to happen when you open your browser on the other computer? Please edit your post to append missing information. – bender Jan 23 at 23:55
