sir, i installed ubuntu on my hp(i3) notebook pc in a saparate drive . now whenever i boot into ubuntu , i cannt access internet.network enabled and wirelees enable all things are there but it can't connect to wifi...above these icons someting written as "WIFI Disconnected" in dark black letters and curser doesn't work on that........i check internet setting but its okay.. in windows 7 it working correctly. please help me.........

check if your wifi adapter is enabled you can enable it by pressing fn key and the wifi key on your keyboard if it didn't work check your BIOS configuration there is an option to check if the wifi is enabled or disabled when the computer boots
