I have a mother board ASUS P8H77-V and a NVidia GTX 660. In the mother board doesn't work the Ethernet (Atheros Communications Inc. AR8161 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 10)) and I can't able to install the correct video driver.

How can I fix this problems? I haven't internet connection after the log in with Ubuntu 12.10 64 bit.
