My system will shut down as if power was lost shortly after resume (30-60s) from a suspended state. This of course causes disk issues if anything was being written.
I saw that this issue was reported for NVIDIA cards but my laptop is running Intel HD 4000.
Specs: Avatar Mercury Ultrabook, 8gb ram, 32gb ssd, Intel HD 4000 Graphics, Intel i5-3317U OS: Lubuntu 12.10 x86_64
