I have a Canon MG8120 network printer and I'm trying to use it with Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 64-bit. Here's my problem: Canon admits it does not make drivers for this printer for any version of linux. So, how can I have Ubuntu "autoscan" for printers wirelessly like I can in my Mac and "find" it? Unfortunately, I cannot connect the printer directly to the Ubuntu desktop via USB. Wireless is the only way it connect to PCs in the household.
