I've a machine on which PGP WDE was already installed. I've created a partition and installed LUbuntu12.10 on this new partition successfully. Later, after restarting the machine, Used easyBCD in windows to modify Windows bootloader to load Windows and LUbuntu. easyBCD configuration looks like this...

But, After restarting to boot in Linux I am always landing on "grub>" prompt.

Please advise a solution.

Please elaborate a bit more on "PGP WDE": what it exactly is and what can you tell more about this preinstalled configuration? Is this a full disk encryption tool or...? And how is this supposed to be compatible with Ubuntu? – gertvdijk Jan 25 at 14:54
I work for Symantec who acquired PGP. We don't currently have PGP WDE support (now called Symantec Drive Encryption by the way) on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS yet. We are working on getting support into our product released this year tentatively. just an FYI. – Ben C May 16 at 15:27
