How to run a script for the first time after installing customized Ubuntu ? Remastersys providing post installation script feature but it doesn't work. We are using Ubuntu 12.10

"but it doesn't work" Yes, it does. Execution of that script needs to be put in /etc/init.d/remastersys-firstboot (there is a comment in there on what to do). –  Rinzwind Jan 18 '13 at 9:38
