I know I can download new and stable kernels from but I don't know how to config , compile and install it. of course there is a document file in kernel folder. But that text is very complex for me and it isn't useful to teach me. Help me please to do that.

If you can't understand the documentation, why would you want a kernel for anyway? – Dr_Bunsen Jan 13 '13 at 15:02
