I have downloaded the file
anjuta-3.6.1.tar.xz from here --> http://projects.gnome.org/anjuta/
now I would like to install it but I don't know how. I have looked at the
install.txt and I have done
cd in the program directory and then this command:
it worked, and after that it says to give
make but it doesn't work.
Could you help me?
Here is the output
$ ./configure checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c checking whether build environment is sane... yes checking for a thread-safe mkdir -p... /bin/mkdir -p checking for gawk... gawk checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes checking whether to enable maintainer-specific portions of Makefiles... yes checking whether make supports nested variables... yes checking for gcc... gcc checking whether the C compiler works... yes checking for C compiler default output file name... a.out checking for suffix of executables... checking whether we are cross compiling... no checking for suffix of object files... o checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes checking for gcc option to accept ISO C89... none needed checking for style of include used by make... I think I miss also some listed libraries at http://projects.gnome.org/anjuta/downloads.html, for example GTK+. I can't find some of these libraries.
