The second option "install inside windows" in not available in the ubuntu installation menu?. I'am not able to install ubuntu even by running the setup during the live demo(using "try ubuntu without installing") the system restarts after selecting the partition drive in which ubuntu is to be installed.

If you want to use "Wubi" ie; install inside windows - you should run wubi.exe once you insert your CD/DVD/USB and when you are running Windows. – Aditya Jan 10 at 13:57
