I have installed ubuntu on an external drive, I did restart and ubuntu was working but now I tried to use ubuntu again but it didnt work it said the wubildr.mbr file was missing although I didnt remove the drive from the computer.

Why is that?

I didn't understand what I need to do in order to fix that problem. There are more links to answers in the link you postes so I couldn't understand what I'm suppose to do. Can someone write it here? –  Dor Mesica Jan 9 '13 at 19:38
Okay, may be its really missed out some thing while Ubuntu installation, before we could start diagnosing on the error can you try re-installing the Ubuntu OS? –  VRU Jan 10 '13 at 4:59
