This question has been asked before and already has an answer. If those answers do not fully address your question, please ask a new question.

Your ethernet IS claimed, has a driver and an IP address. Is it your wireless you need help with? Assuming it is, open a terminal and do:

sudo apt-get install linux-firmware-nonfree
sudo modprobe -r b43
sudo modprobe b43

Detach the ethernet and your wireless should now be working.
