The visibility of Bluetooth is on at Ubuntu 12.04. But my phone can not see it!

give more information like your bluetooth model and manufacturer, Laptop model, improve the tags. Give information of what research you have already done. With this little you will not get your answer. Improve your question. – Arin Chakraborty Jan 5 at 12:56
