I have had an Ubuntu One account for one year and synchronized with my HTC Desire S to use it, which worked well. Since then, I have had to change phones due to a fault. I got a new Desire S and downloaded the Ubuntu One app (from Play store), entered account details as usual my usual but although authentication runs fine (my mobile appears in the application used @ https://login.ubuntu.com/+applications), I cannot reach my folder list. My android app stays on the login page and I do not get any error message to explain the problem either.
I have killed the Ubuntu One app and relaunch it, but that has not helped matters at all. Can anyone advise on how to fix this please?
