I'm using an Acer Aspire One netbook, the resolution is 1024x600, using Ubuntu 12.04. Uh, I don't know if this affects anything, but I'm using French(Canadian) keyboard layout. Just in case that somehow caused a problem.
The bottoms of my windows are getting cut off... Applications like Firefox are workable, because if I minimize Firefox I can see the bottom of the page again, but things like the Settings dialogues are impossible! I can't even see the accept/apply buttons, and I think there are more options between what I'm seeing and the buttons... I don't know...
Also, text is now just a bit blurrier, so I get the feeling something is going on with the resolution?
I had Ubuntu 11 before, and it was fine. So... I don't know why my netbook is doing this! I've had Linux for a few years now and love it, but I'm not really a professional, I'm just a musician who likes open source. So... I don't know what stuff is. If you say 'graphics card' I will go and Google what that means. I don't even know if netbooks have graphics cards. I only know I can't press buttons :(
