I just recently installed Linux ver12.04 to my Dell Inspiron 1525 using external CD driver since the build in one has got some issues while using Vista.

After the installation completed (Replaced Windows from the system), it prompted me to reboot in order to complete Linux installation. But unfortunately, the system went down, and it shows only blank page.

Tried to boot Linux from external CD again, but still unable to get anywhere from the blank page.

Ran Diagnostic, and found no hardware problem - except for the CD driver , but I've got the Ubuntu installed, ain't I?

Anyone could please help. Totally new to Ubuntu.

Thanks!
