I mean, without using a CD/DVD because I don't have an idle CD/DVD with me.

Do you mean wubi.exe or the .iso? –  Mochan Dec 28 '12 at 10:34
Is your goal to create a USB flash drive that you can use to install a standalone Ubuntu system to your hard drive, alongside Windows? Or to create a USB flash drive that you can use to install a Wubi system inside Windows? Or to install an Ubuntu system to the USB flash drive such that you can boot from the flash drive, save files in it, and use as an alternative to your Windows system? –  Eliah Kagan Dec 28 '12 at 10:37
To Mochan, I mean wubi.exe. And I have the .iso. –  Klywa Dec 28 '12 at 10:44
To Kagan, the 3rd one. My idea is to carry my ubuntu with me. –  Klywa Dec 28 '12 at 10:46
Carry Ubuntu with you as in, you want it to store your work as well? –  Aarti Elly Dec 28 '12 at 12:56
