I just recently purchased dell inspiron s 14z ultarabook. But every time when instalation CD is inside the ROM it won't boot. I changed option in Ubuntu from Intel smart technology to ATA, restart it , but still didn't work. I tried to run wubi.exe file , restart it , but still it is booting windows. I am not expert in Ubuntu, but will appreciate any thoughts or ideas. Thank you.

Check the boot order in BIOS. Your CD drive should be first if you want to boot from CD. –  André Stannek Dec 22 '12 at 17:14
Possible dublicate of askubuntu.com/questions/231785/… –  Zilvador Dec 22 '12 at 17:16
I'm pressing f12 on start up, choosing boot option from dvd, but it shows windows 8 logo, and starting windows after that. This heppens every time i'm trying to install ubuntu 12.04 . But when i'm doing the same thing but only with ubuntu 11.10 it gives me option to try or install ububtu. When i choosed try, i gaves me some error. Ubuntu official web site says, that 12.04 is certified witth this kind of laptop. Thanks. –  Stepan Dec 24 '12 at 12:05
