On every shutdown and reboot I get the message that it fails to kill all processes and I get a:
mount: / is busy
message. I wrote a bash script as suggested here http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2008576 and my Log-File shows:

So it doesn't seem to have anything to do with plymouth but I'm not good understanding those logs... what seems to be the Problem here? Is there a way to fix it like they did in this (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2008576) thread?
