I just need confirmation that this works before I go through the expense and trouble of trying to set this up.

I have an i3 3225 with HD4000 graphics. My motherboard has booth HDMI and DVI outputs. I know I can do dual monitors, but will there be any problems making them act as a single monitor?

My goal is to have XBMC over two projectors next to each other to make one large display.

I have had pretty extensive experience with multiple monitors on Linux with Nvidia graphics, but not with Intel.

You're question is quite localized, I would suggest that you just try it. From what I read in some forums, people have actually the opposite problem, they have it stretched over two displays, but they want only one. You can also check forum.xbmc.org/forumdisplay.php?fid=52, most likely there are more experienced people there... – Gerhard Burger Dec 24 '12 at 8:24
