I just installed ubuntu on my laptop and installation went fine, when it boots and everything. I'm using it now. The issue I'm having is if I unplug the laptop the computer freezes, I can still use the mouse but anything I click on is unresponsive, the clock is also stuck. Anyone have any idea why something like this could be happening?
Coincidentally if I power it on without the plug, the computer boots and then a black (lit) screen with a cursor appears, I can move the cursor but it never runs into ubuntu.
