I really like the idea of using Maximus plus the Window Picker applet to control the windows but I use a dock and hate the redundancy of having the icons on the panel.

I prefer a dock over the Window Picker icons so I'm looking for a applet that is like Window Picker but without the icons.

What i've found so far is gnome-panel-applets.
