Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Do you have some recent data about Canonical contribution to GNU/Linux and other projects? On the Internet there are some information about Linux kernel and past information about GNOME. Is there are some Canonical programmers/teams or rather volunteers programmers or only support of original projects team.

I've found list of covered project - but I don't know is it complet? Some of them are comunity projects.

The second link you provided is a list of Canonical projects that require contributors to sign Canonical's Contributor License Agreement. It is not a list of projects that Canonical has contributed to. – Flimm Dec 9 '12 at 21:44
This is a great question but I think it's off-topic for this site, so I've voted to close it. You might just contact Canonical directly and ask them, as this would be an opportunity for them to promote themselves and highlight their contributions. – Tom Brossman Dec 9 '12 at 22:04
