i got error while creating ex4 file system and it is still loading over a hour is instalation stucked or it is working In progress??

We can't see your computer so it's very hard to say. If it's still downloading language packs or third party software, it take some time on a slow connection. Look for network or hard drive activity that might indicate that the install is still in progress. Normally, Ubiquity tells you what it is doing, if it's stuck on an error screen tell us exactly what the error is (error creating ext4 filesystem could be anything, but none of it good.) – fabricator4 Dec 9 '12 at 1:09

If you say it got stucked with the message "creating ext4 filesystem", most likely an error hanged the installation.

My advice: Give it another try closing the installation window, or reboot the pc.
