I have a bare-bones installation of ettercap installed on my computer. I LOVE hacking and finding ways to maneuver a system. Every time I try arp-poisoning, all the other computers on my network lose connection to the Internet. What's happening and is there a way around it?
I am not asking how to make ettercap work but what exactly ettercap is doing to make all the computers on the network lose their internet connections.
