I am trying to install wine on ubuntu. How much time does it take. it's allready running 2 days and seems not finished or advanced yet. What to do? Thanks for your help.

Without more information this is impossible to answer: what kind of internet connection do you use? Do you see any movement in a progress bar? – Rinzwind Dec 6 '12 at 8:18

Don't you see a progress report there? Telling the percentage?

It's a heavy package, about 150 MB. It might take >24 hours on a 256kbps modem.
