Exception Exception in module DLL_NETCARD_R.dll at 0002B39F

Question

Hello I installed an internet USB modem using the Windows version of the Software using "Wine" because the Linux version of the software does not support the Kernel version of Ubuntu Kiwi that I currently have . After the Software installation which went well I ran the program using "Wine" , after start-up this "Exception Exception in module DLL_NETCARD_R.dll at 0002B39F" and a "EAccessViolation" error pop up . If someone knows what to do in this situation please respond .
