I am having trouble with my wifi connection.

I have two laptops, and I have just installed Ubuntu for the first time on both of them.

With the first one I just put in the password and it instantly logged to wifi! The second one was not the same, I am prompted to enter the password and it doesnt connect, it seems that it doesnt recognize the password as correct (but it is)

Settings are the same on both computers, I have tried many suggestions from the forum but nothing seems to work, HELP!!!!

If it doesn't recognize the password it cannot be correct. Is your capslock on? Maybe one of your keys has dust under it and that interferes? Are the keys wearing out? Is the Shift key stuck? Maybe just typing to fast?
