I am new to C and Linux. I want to create a boot loader in C which would start my Ubuntu, but before starting Ubuntu it is supposed to write a few text line on the screen then start Ubuntu. I don't know any thing about C, Boot loaders and Linux. I really need help. I have no idea about these things..

You very likely do not need to learn C just to be able to show a message before starting Ubuntu. Ubuntu boot loader is grub2 (at least on x86), which is quite extensively documented at Ubuntu forums, specifically chapter 8 covers splash images and theming.
If you desperately want to implement your message in the actual boot loader (not its configuration), sources for grub2 can be retrieved from the repository:
And once your changes are implemented:
Please note that the build phase takes easily north of 15 minutes. If you want to build your own boot loader "from scratch", I'd suggest you anyways use grub as a learning device.
