Error when deleting a Windows folder, Connection Timed Out

I am a network administrator, I am logged in with an account of AD with Ubuntu and when I go to a windows computer and want to erase a folder, an error appears:

Error while deleting.
There was an error getting information about "folder".
Show more details -> Invalid argument
