I am on 12.04 64bit running a HP DV6-6180us this has the amd/intel graphics and when im on intel it hang when i try to shutdown but not when im running the amd graphics. If anyone of you ubuntu/linux gurus have a answer or a fix please let me know. If you need more info on this ill be glad to provide logs and any other info i can AS LONG AS YOU TELL ME HOW TO GET THE LOGS YOU REQUIRE.
