I have 3 issues:
1 - VirtualBox is now failing after I have done a PAE change this are the errors:

2 - Somehow my laptop does not see see my full 4 gigs of ram
3 - Finally, when I try to open VirtualBox it prompts me to enter something I'm not aware of.
