I've been using an account that I don't want to keep using. I'm trying to connect to a new one I've just created.

Every time I try connect with the UbuntuOne app it takes me back to the old account without asking for my email and password.

What can I do?

There are now instructions for this on https://one.ubuntu.com/help/faq/what-does-the-root_mismatch-error-mean/ for Mac OS X as well as Windows and Ubuntu.
