Recently I switched to ubuntu 12.10. I am trying to import songs from an ntfs partition. The weird behaviour I get is that to some extent it imported few songs, almost 7000, then some error ocurred relating to metadata. Now it starts removing tracks on its own. The figure keeps on decrementing and finally all the music library gets empty. This happens each time I restart the player. I really need this thing working as I want to use ubuntu but not without listening to music.
