I've been trying to get the most out of my laptop's battery. I've seen this post: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/PowerManagement/PowerSavingTweaks. They describe what can be done if you have a Sandy Bridge Processor.

I have an Intel Core 2 Duo T7500. And a GM965 chipset. What can I do to minimise the power usage of my laptop?

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
