I noticed that the deb line for Eufloria HD from the humble bundle in /etc/apt/sources.list.d is from quantal, but I'm running precise... Why is that? I guess they uploaded it for quantal only, or is this a bug?

The short answer is "don't worry about it."

Technically this is a bug, and they should have copies of the software in separate directories for both precise and quantal if both are supported. In practice, they appear to have just done the one directory for quantal, and pushed that out to anybody and everybody. It's sloppy, but it works on precise, so probably best just not to sweat it.
