This question has been asked before and already has an answer. If those answers do not fully address your question, please ask a new question.

Did you replace Windows with Ubuntu? If so, Windows is gone. – Martin Ueding Nov 24 '12 at 20:59
Please elaborate as to how exactly you installed Ubuntu to get any help; we can't do anything if we don't know what your problem is. – WindowsEscapist Nov 24 '12 at 21:21
If this is a wubi install, then you just boot Windows and uninstall Ubuntu. If it's dual boot then it not quite that simple. – fabricator4 Nov 24 '12 at 21:29

Here is a video on Youtube that will show you how to remove Ubuntu from a dual-boot set-up and you'll have Windows back all on its own on your HDD.

However, as the poster above said, if you have replaced Windows with Ubuntu, Windows is gone for good and you will need to replace it via Microsoft or the PC manufacturer. – Simon Hoare Nov 24 '12 at 21:06
