I have installed DroidCam on my Ubuntu 12.10 according to the procedure mentioned on its website. But try to connect my Andriod to with Droidcam using ADB connection I am getting Connection Refused error message.

OS: Ubuntu 12.10 Android: 2.3 Mobile: Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830)
