Every time I open the Dash while having an active animation (e.g. Video/Live graph/GIF animation) on screen, it will be terribly slow even just to show icons!
So I wonder if it's possible to show the desktop before opening Dash and undo showing the desktop when the Dash is closed. This way, the Dash will be smoother for those who have low end graphics.
Or at least bind with Show Desktop and open Dash Home.
