In 12.04, whenever an application has many windows being opened and I want to switch between these windows, I click the application's icon on the panel of desktop, so that all windows are shown simultaneously in small views.

The more windows there are, the smaller the view of each window is, which makes choosing the one I need difficult.

Moreover, when I click one window's view to see it in the normal size and find that it is not the one I want, I click again the application's icon in the desktop panel in order to show all windows in small views again, but then I find that the windows' views change their positions, which makes finding the one I need ever harder.

So I wonder how to find one window among many of an application quickly?

Thanks!
