I want to set up and manage a proxy server on my vps, with PPTP vpn support. It should support clients from all OS platforms.

(I want something that works exactly like "nettacmon plus" for Windows Server.)

I'm a newbie, so please explain with an easy-to-follow walkthrough. Thanks.
