Every time when i try to install the linux this error came out i can't understand what happen i download several time ubuntu iso but nothing happen i error show cd dvd problem when i try USB drive same problem my hdd 320 and ram 2gb core2duo 2.40ghz processor if there is any problem with my system then why windows install perfectly without any error i have msi ms-7529 motherboard

The I/O error is explained on your linked image! It seems that your HDD fails, (assuming that you do the installation in the right way) please check it for errors first.

i try to install ubuntu 12.04 i erase my hdd then boot from dvd then create create partition 2 gb for swap 100 gb for /root and left space for /home when installation process start after half in time its show that error which image i posted then i try linux mint then zorin 5 then kubuntu and finally bodhi linux same problem finally i install windows 7 lite its install nicely no error – manoj saroiya Nov 14 '12 at 11:46
