I have an EVDO modem. I tried to connect it with wvdial; pppd works fine, but I don't like having to use the terminal. I want to connect using network manager.

The modem is detected fine in Ubuntu, but it always fails.

I looked syslog in /var/log and I found this:

My modem must use ttyUSB0 according to the modem manual. How can I change it?
