When logging on to my x53t Asus notebook, I get to the desktop but neither my network connection, sound options nor USB connections work. No user account seems chosen either.
A window pops up asking if I want to report the system crash problem. But it doesn't give me any info. It's like no hardware is found.
I've re-installed the system, tried to wait it out, updated stuff Ubuntu told me to, haven't changed anything except for adding tsched=0 for sound problems in VLC. Ubuntu has been working great till now.
